The Westlake High School Girls Track and Field Team made history by winning the Georgia State High School Championships three seasons in a row.
The 2015 Westlake High School Girls Track Team won the Class 6A State Championships and has produced several top 10 national rankings in the 300 Meter Hurdles, 100 Meter Dash, Triple Jump, Long Jump, High Jump and the 4x4 and 4x1 relays.
The Board of Commissioners recognized the girls team declaring Wednesday, August 19, 2015, as "Westlake High School Girls Track Team Day" in Fulton County, Georgia.
